در راستای شفافسازی و با هدف صیانت از سلامت و ایمنی مصرفکنندگان، شرکت نستله ایران با هماهنگی کامل سازمان غذا و دارو، بهصورت داوطلبانه و احتیاطی اقدام به جمعآوری تعداد محدودی از سری ساختهای مشخص محصولات نان اچ آ یک و آلفامینو کرده است. این اقدام در پی شناسایی مقادیری از باکتری "باسیلوس سرئوس" در یکی از مواد اولیه تولید انجام شده است؛ باکتریای که در شرایط خاص میتواند منجر به تولید مادهای به نام "سرئولید" شود.
سایر محصولات موجود در بازار کاملاً ایمن بوده و بدون نگرانی قابل مصرف هستند. ایمنی و کیفیت محصولات غذایی، بهویژه محصولات ویژه نوزادان، همواره در بالاترین اولویت شرکت نستله قرار دارد. سری ساختهای تحت تأثیر شناسایی و فروش آنها متوقف شده است. فرآیند جمعآوری محصولات شناسایی شده مطابق با ضوابط و رویههای مصوب و تحت نظارت مراجع ذیربط در حال تکمیل است.
همچنین به اطلاع میرسد محصولات شیر خشک نوزاد تولید داخل کشور از ماده اولیه مورد اشاره استفاده نمیکنند و بنابراین مشمول این اقدام احتیاطی نبوده و هیچگونه تأثیری نپذیرفتهاند. شرکت نستله ایران همچنان با مسئولیتپذیری کامل، سلامت مصرفکنندگان را در اولویت خود قرار داده و بهطور مستمر با نهادهای نظارتی همکاری میکند.

This action follows the detection of traces of Bacillus cereus bacteria in one of the production inputs, which under certain conditions may produce the substance cereulide
The Authority confirms that, to date, no illness cases linked to the affected batches have been reported or confirmed. All other products available in the market remain safe and suitable for consumption. The Authority emphasizes that the safety and quality of food products, especially those intended for infants, are of utmost priority. It further confirms that a significant portion of the affected batches has been withheld and retrieved, and efforts continue to complete the withdrawal of remaining quantities in accordance with approved procedures and regulations
